Quinta 3
If a feeling of space is important to you and if you'd like to enjoy superb mountain
views while still being close to the river, Quinta 3 (1.2 ha) is your choice.
Q3 offers a large building/living area on a very gentle slope, open and grassed
with views to the west, the north and the east.
It has established trees all around the edge. It has lots of space for gardens and/or
grazing areas. We have donkeys and horses running freely on the property at the
moment and they seem to gather on Q3 quite frequently which is a sign that they
like it there for their own reasons.
Q3 is large, open and flat, suitable for building any type of house
Note that the boundary between Q3 and Q3B is in the middle
of a steep bank. In other words Q3 and Q3B are on 2 flat benches at different levels.
One cannot be seen from the other. This provides a natural barrier and guarantees
privacy.
The recommended building site is marked on the survey map and visible on the photo
above where the 3 donkeys are standing. From this position, there are great views
to the west and the north and if the house has a second floor, there would also
be unobstructed views to the east (Podocarpus mountains).
Any other location can be chosen for buildings apart from the area marked as "No
building" on the survey map above. A building erected in this area would potentially
interfere with Q3B privacy. This is not a real restriction as this is not an area
where one would want to build anyway but we have to mention this to be complete.
We offer an option to amalgamate Q3 and Q3B to make a single quinta. The total price
will be significantly less than the sum of the prices of the 2 quintas. Please contact
us to discuss this option if desired.
